Events……
The Art Bus brings creativity to your door. The ideas are endless.
Bring creativity to your event, fundraisers, private party, birthday party, a business treat to employees, family reunion, or even your summer weekend BBQ. Sessions can be geared towards all ages, and can be  theme oriented.

All Events are: 
  • 3hrs.of art
  • 1hr of set up and break down
  • $400.00 for 3hrs of art.  There are no charges for setup and break down.
  • The Art Bus staff stops at each hour for a water break. 
  • $200.00 deposit required. This deposit covers purchase of materials. $50.00 of this is nonrefundable, and locks in your date on our calendar.
  • $200.00 is due the day of the event.
  • Cancellation needs to be made one week in advance. Please don't wait! Notify Art Bus as soon as possible.
  • $150.00 will be refunded with a weeks notification only.
  • $50.00 fee for each additional half hour of time.

​Birthday Parties 
5 to 12 years of age…….
Art projects decided upon by theme of party or something the birthday child really loves, such as; baseball, dance, animals, etc….
  • 1hr. of art
  • 1hr of set up and break down
  • 1 to 10 kids
  • Artsy gift bags
  • Each child creates a piece of art.
  • All the children participate in a group art event created for the Birthday child. 
  • One fancy Happy Birthday Banner
  • Children should wear clothes that can get messy. 
  • $300.00 for 1hr. of art. This includes 1hr setup and breakdown.
  • $150.00 deposit required. $100.00 covers purchase of materials, $50.00 nonrefundable, locks in your date on our calendar. $150.00 due the day of the event.
  • Cancellation needs to be made one week in advance. Please don't wait, notify Art Bus as soon as possible.
  • $100.00 will be refunded with a week notification. No refund will be given for less then one week notification. However, a second party date can be arranged.
  • $50.00 for each additional half hour of time.
  • $15.00 for each additional child up to 12 children.

Homeschool, Sunday school, private or public school, and libraries, wishing to bring the Art Bus to your door, to a park, historical landmark, or any of the beautiful places in our Hudson Valley.
Imagine the fun of having a mobile Art Bus awaiting your children during a field trip.

Note: The Art Bus does not transport people to destinations.

Note: If event is outside of a 50 mile radius of the Art Bus, please call for scheduling and fees.

Note: Notify the Art Bus if there is a rain date in place. The Art Bus is equipped with a canopy and capable of attending, however, the space for projects becomes limited.
